How our boxes are made
3D Modeling
First we 3D model and make prints and files for your dog box. If it is a custom/specialty box, we will send it over to you for approval before proceeding.
Quality Materials
After approval, we laser cut the high quality sheet metal and tubing on state of the art CNC machines.
Skilled Machine Work
Once the metal has been cut, parts that require forming are sent to the press brake.
Professional Fabrication
Once the parts are ready, they are sent over to a professional qualified TIG welder for fabrication.
Final Product
After the box is finished, it is then crated for shipping, or held on our warehouse floor for pick-up.
